Term of this MOU. 13.1. This MOU shall commence upon full execution and continue through June 30, 2025. 13.2. In the event EWU’s authority to perform any of its duties in this MOU is withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way after the commencement of this MOU and prior to the end of the term, EWU may terminate this MOU at the end of fall semester by giving the School District seven (7) calendar days written notice. No penalty shall accrue to EWU nor shall the School District be entitled to any damages in the event this section is exercised.
