Should Employee remain employed by Employer beyond the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, and this Agreement has not been extended by Employer, the Employer-Employee relationship shall be Employment at Will, terminable at any time by either Employer or Employee for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.
