It may take up to 30 days to disconnect your Services, but EMBARQ will stop billing you on your requested discontinuation date unless EMBARQ shows that you used the Services after that date. Regardless of the reason for disconnection, you must pay all charges incurred until your requested discontinuation date or any period thereafter up to EMBARQ’s disconnection if you continued to use the Services. You will be charged the full MRC for your Services for the month in which your Services terminate. Promotional credits or discounts may not be provided on your final invoice. If you reinstate Services following cancellation or termination, we may require you to pay a deposit.
