Termination as a Result of Death or Disability. a. In the event that your employment is terminated as a result of your Disability, you will be eligible to receive the Non-CIC Bonus Severance, provided the Separation Agreement (as discussed in Section 7.5) has become effective. b. In the event that your employment is terminated as a result of your death, you will not be eligible to receive any Severance Benefits pursuant to this Agreement.
