Common use of Termination by Clients Clause in Contracts

Termination by Clients. The Legal Guardian may terminate Cell Banking Services at any time. After the Child reaches majority, the Child may take over as the Account Owner by executing a new contract with ViaCord. Further, upon reaching the age of majority, the Child may terminate the Cell Banking services over the wishes of the Legal Guardian. To terminate the Cell Banking Services, the applicable Client must sign ViaCord’s Termination Agreement, and provide proof of identity.
