Common use of Termination by Consultant Clause in Contracts

Termination by Consultant. The Consultant may, at any time, give 30 days’ advance written notice to the Company of his intention to terminate this Agreement and on the expiration of such period this Agreement will be terminated. Such notice may expire on any day of the month and any fees payable hereunder will be proportioned to the date of such termination. The parties hereby agree that in order to protect the Company’s proprietary interests, the Company may, in its sole discretion, waive its right to receive advance written notice from the Consultant and end this Agreement immediately.

Termination by Consultant. The Consultant may, at any time, give 30 90 days’ advance written notice to the Company of his intention to terminate this Agreement and on the expiration of such period the Consultant’s obligations to perform the Services under this Agreement will be terminated. Such notice may expire on any day of the month and any fees payable hereunder will be proportioned to the date of such termination. The parties hereby agree that in order to protect the Company’s proprietary interests, the Company may, in its sole discretion, waive its right to receive advance written notice from the Consultant and end this Agreement immediately.

Termination by Consultant. The Consultant may, at any time, give 30 days’ advance may voluntarily terminate this Agreement upon one (1) months' written notice to the Company Corporation, in which case the Consultant shall continue to provide the Services until the Date of his intention to terminate Termination. If this Agreement and on is terminated by the expiration of such period Consultant in accordance with this Agreement will be terminated. Such notice may expire on any day paragraph, then, all of the month Stock Options (whether vested and any fees payable hereunder will be proportioned exercised or not) shall belong to the date of such termination. Termination by Consultant. The Consultant may, may terminate this Agreement at any time, give 30 time upon the provision of sixty (60) days’ advance written notice to the Company of his intention to terminate this Agreement and on Company. If the expiration of Consultant provides such period this Agreement will be terminated. Such notice may expire on any day of the month and any fees payable hereunder will be proportioned to the date of such termination. The parties hereby agree that in order to protect the Company’s proprietary interestsnotice, the Company mayshall, in its sole discretion, waive its have the right to receive advance written notice from immediately terminate the Agreement and the Consultant and end will be entitled to no further compensation under this Agreement immediatelyexcept for any Monthly Fees (as defined in Schedule “A” attached) earned to the date of the termination of this Agreement.
