Termination by Corporation Without Cause. The Corporation may terminate the Agreement without Cause. In the event the Executive is terminated for any reason other than Cause as defined in Section 4.2, the Executive shall be entitled to continue receiving his Salary, as a severance payment, for the period consisting of the shorter of: (i) four (4) months after date of termination; or, (ii) the remaining balance of the Initial Term or Additional Term, as the case may be, of this Agreement then in effect.
