Termination by Employee without Good Reason. Employee may terminate this Agreement and his employment by the Company for reasons other than Good Reason thirty (30) days after written notice of Employee’s resignation is received by the Company (“Resignation”).

Termination by Employee without Good Reason. Employee may terminate this Agreement and his employment under this Agreement without Good Reason (as such term is defined herein) at any time by giving the Company thirty days prior written notice of the termination. Following any such notice, the Company may reduce or remove any and all of Employee’s duties, positions and titles with the Company, and any such reduction or removal shall not constitute a termination by the Company for reasons other than Good Reason thirty (30) days after written notice of Employee’s resignation is received by the Company (“Resignation”)without Cause.
