Common use of Termination by End User Clause in Contracts

Termination by End User. In the event that ▇▇▇▇▇ has breached any provision of this Agreement and failed to cure such breach within thirty (30) days’ notice of such breach from the End User, the End User may terminate this Agreement by ceasing completely the use of the Software and the Services. The End User may be required to separately terminate the Services under terms and conditions provided in the End User’s respective Service Document executed with Brain or Kärcher.
