Common use of Termination by PERMITTEE Clause in Contracts

Termination by PERMITTEE. Permittee may terminate this Permit by giving at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Commission. In the event of termination by the Permittee, the Security Deposit, if any, less any outstanding fees, charges or assessments, will be refunded to the Permittee. The Permittee is responsible for payment to the Commission of all Per Trip Fees up to and including the date of such termination by the Permittee.
