Common use of Termination by Student Clause in Contracts

Termination by Student. If Student desires to terminate the Contract prior to the End Date, for any reason including a Status Change, Student must provide the University with a written notice of Student’s intent to terminate this Contract at least seven (7) days prior to the Early Termination Date, including a detailed explanation of the circumstances surrounding the request. The University reserves the right to offer the Assigned Space to another party at the time that the Early Termination Request is processed. Student is required to vacate the Assigned Space by the Early Termination Date.
