Termination by the Institution. The Institution may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect (i) if CRO breaches this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of written notice; (ii) if requested to do so by the responsible EC; or (iii) if the Institution, in good faith, believes that the continuation of the Study presents an unreasonable medical risk to the Study Subjects.
