Termination by University. The University may terminate this tenancy as permitted by law. Resident may be subject to a three-day notice to perform covenant or quit, to pay rent or quit, or notice to quit, whichever is appropriate, under any circumstances allowed by law, including the following: i. Resident ceases to be currently enrolled as a result of graduation, transfer, withdrawal, academic disqualification, suspension, dismissal or becomes ineligible for Single Undergraduate University Housing as a result of marriage. ii. Failure to comply with the Contract, UC San Diego Residential Life Community Standards, and/or University Policies/Regulations. iii. Failure to make the required payments in accordance with the UC San Diego Summer Housing Calendar, Cost and Payment Schedule 2023. iv. Failure to comply with any applicable state and/or federal law.
