Termination by Verizon. Verizon may terminate this Renewal Agreement immediately, upon written notice to Digital Turbine, if any of the following events occurs: (i) Digital Turbine files a voluntary petition in bankruptcy; (ii) Digital Turbine is adjudged bankrupt; (iii) a court assumes jurisdiction of the assets of Digital Turbine under a federal reorganization act; (iv) a trustee or receiver is appointed by a court for all or a substantial portion of the assets of Digital Turbine;
