Common use of Termination Conditions Clause in Contracts

Termination Conditions. This agreement may be terminated by any of the following conditions: i. By the State if an award no longer effectuates the program goals or agency priorities (2 CFR §200.340) ii. By mutual written agreement of all parties. iii. By either party for convenience, by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the other party for reasons of its own and not subject to the approval of the other party. In the event of termination for convenience, neither the State nor Subrecipient shall not be subject to additional liability except as otherwise provided in this agreement. iv. By either party upon the failure of the other party to fulfill the obligations as set forth in this Master Grant Agreement.
