Termination Effect of Expiration or Termination. In the event of any breach of this Agreement by either party, the non-breaching party shall have the right to terminate the Agreement for cause if such breach has not been cured within 30 days of written notice from the non-breaching party specifying the breach in detail. Axosoft shall also have a right to terminate this Agreement for cause if You are in breach of any other agreement with Axosoft. Upon any termination of the Agreement, (a) You shall immediately discontinue use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in Your possession or control; and (b) if Axosoft requests, You agree to promptly provide Axosoft with written certification of the destruction. The following provisions shall survive any termination of this Agreement: Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7.
