Termination in Clause Samples

Termination in. This Agreement shall be effective beginning May 1, 2025 and shall remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on the April 30, 2028. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing at least two hundred forty (240) days prior to the anniversary date that it desires to modify this Agreement. In the event that such notice is given, negotiations shall begin no later than two hundred ten (210) days prior to the anniversary date. In the event that either party desires to terminate this Agreement, written notice must be given to the other party no less than ten (10) days prior to the desired termination date which shall not be before the anniversary date set forth in the preceding paragraph.   • Termination With Cause The Master Servicer may, at its sole option, terminate any rights the Primary Servicer may have hereunder with respect to any or all of the Mortgage Loans, as provided in Section 4.01 of this Agreement upon the occurrence of a Primary Servicer Termination Event.
