Common use of Termination Obligations Clause in Contracts

Termination Obligations. (i) Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that all personal property and equipment furnished to or prepared by Executive in the course of or incident to his employment by the Company, belongs to the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company upon termination of the Employment Period.
