Common use of Termination Obligations Clause in Contracts

Termination Obligations. Upon termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, the Company shall have no further obligation to Executive except as specifically provided under this Agreement; provided, however, that termination of Executive’s employment shall not affect Executive’s right to receive any compensation or bonuses which have accrued but have not been paid through the date of termination. Executive shall return to the Company any and all equipment including, without limitation, electronic equipment, keys, credit cards, and the like, owned by the Company and used by Executive.

Following any termination of employment, Executive shall reasonably cooperate with the Company in the winding up of pending work on behalf of the Company and the orderly transfer of work to other employees. Executive shall have no further obligation also cooperate with the Company in the defense of any action brought by any third party against the Company that relates to Executive except as specifically provided under this Agreement; provided, however, that termination of Executive’s employment shall not affect Executive’s right to receive any compensation or bonuses which have accrued but have not been paid through the date of termination. Executive shall return to the Company any and all equipment including, without limitation, electronic equipment, keys, credit cards, and the like, owned by the Company and used by ExecutiveCompany.

Executive shall continue to be bound by the provisions of Section 10 to the extent provided therein.
