Common use of Termination of Employee Status Clause in Contracts

Termination of Employee Status. (a) Should the Grantee’s service as a employee of the Company terminate for any reason (other than Disability, Death or cause), this Option may be exercised (to the extent such Option was exercisable at the time of termination) for a period of 90 days from the date of such termination or until the Expiration Date, whichever period is shorter.

(a) Should the Grantee’s service Grantee have a Termination of Service (as a employee of defined in the Company terminate for any reason (Plan) other than Disability, Death a Termination of Service due to death or for cause), this Option may be exercised (to the extent such Option was exercisable at the time of termination) for a period of 90 days from the date following such Termination of such termination Service, or until the Expiration Date, whichever period is shorter. Such portion of the Option shall terminate to the extent not exercised within such period. Upon such Termination of Service, any unvested portion of this Option will be forfeited.
