Termination of Entitlement Clause Samples

The 'Termination of Entitlement' clause defines the conditions under which a party's right to receive certain benefits, payments, or privileges under an agreement will end. Typically, this clause outlines specific events or breaches—such as failure to meet obligations, insolvency, or expiration of a set period—that trigger the cessation of entitlements. By clearly specifying when and how entitlements can be terminated, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures both parties understand the circumstances that could lead to the loss of contractual rights.
