Common use of Termination of Existing Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Termination of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness for borrowed money of the Credit Parties (other than the Indebtedness listed on Schedule 6.1(b)) shall have been repaid in full and all Liens relating thereto terminated.

All As of the Closing Date, all existing Indebtedness for borrowed money of the Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries (other than the certain Capital Lease Obligations and purchase money Indebtedness listed set forth on Schedule 6.1(b)) shall have been repaid in full and terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated.

Termination of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness for borrowed money of the Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries (other than including the Indebtedness listed on Schedule 6.1(b)Existing Credit Agreement and the Rollover Notes) shall have been repaid in full and terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated.

All existing Indebtedness for borrowed money of the Credit Parties Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than the Indebtedness listed on Schedule 6.1(b)) shall have been repaid in full and terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated.
