Common use of Termination of Payments Clause in Contracts

Termination of Payments. Upon the breach by Employee of any covenant under this paragraph 8, Employer may offset and/or recover from Employee immediately any and all of the Severance Compensation paid to Employee under subparagraph 1(d) hereof in addition to any and all other remedies available to Employer under law or in equity.
