Common use of Termination of Term Commitments Clause in Contracts

Termination of Term Commitments. Unless previously terminated, each Lender’s (i) Term Commitment shall automatically and permanently terminate on the Effective Date (after giving effect to the making of the Term Loans on such date), (ii) 2018 Refinancing Commitments shall automatically and permanently terminate on the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date (after giving effect to the making of the Term Loans on such date), and (ii) 2021 Refinancing Commitments and 2021 Incremental Commitments shall automatically and permanently terminate on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date (after giving effect to the making of the Term Loans on such date) and (iii) 2023 Refinancing Commitments shall automatically and permanently terminate on the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date (after giving effect to the making of the Term Loans on such date).
