Common use of Termination of the Right to Use Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Right to Use. Upon termination of this DAS Agreement for any reason, any right to use the System and access to the Data Access Services shall terminate and the Customer and its Authorized Designees shall immediately cease use of the System and the Data Access Services. Immediately upon termination of this DAS Agreement for any reason, the Customer and its Authorized Designees shall return to State Street all copies of documentation and other Proprietary Information in its possession; provided, however, that in the event that either party terminates this DAS Agreement or the Agreement for any reason other than the Customer’s breach, State Street shall provide the Data Access Services for a period of time and at a price to be agreed upon by the parties.
