Termination of Third Party Contracts. The license rights granted to the Purchaser Licensees under any Licensed IP that constitutes Third-Party Intellectual Property, if any, are subject to the terms and conditions of the Contracts applicable to such Licensed IP, and will terminate upon (i) termination of such Contracts, or (ii) termination of the Seller Partiesright to sublicense the Purchaser Licensees under such Contracts, in each case by the applicable third party licensor or sublicensor, as applicable (and not by a Seller Party).
Termination of Third Party Contracts. Manager will use its best efforts in entering into any service and/or employment contracts herein contemplated, to include as a condition of any such contract the right to terminate such contract upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice. Owner must approve the entering into of contracts with a term longer than one year.

  • Third Party Contracts From the Effective Date through and including the Closing Date, Seller agrees to enter into only those third-party contracts which are necessary to carry out its obligations under Section 5.2, which shall be on market terms and cancellable on thirty (30) days written notice or less, without payment of any fee or penalty. All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements.
