Common use of Termination Without Prejudice Clause in Contracts

Termination Without Prejudice. The termination of this Agreement: (a) is without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to a party and arising prior to or in respect of any occurrence or period preceding termination; (b) will not relieve the Customer from its obligation to pay amounts outstanding at the date of termination or that may become payable or for gas delivered to a Delivery Point; and (c) will not affect the indemnities and limitations of liability provided for in clause 11, which survive the termination of this Agreement.
