Terms and Conditions of Occupancy Clause Samples

The "Terms and Conditions of Occupancy" clause defines the rules and requirements that govern a tenant's use and occupation of a property. It typically outlines expectations regarding maintenance, permitted uses, restrictions on alterations, and compliance with building policies. For example, it may specify quiet hours, pet policies, or responsibilities for repairs. This clause ensures both parties understand their rights and obligations, helping to prevent disputes and maintain order within the property.
