Common use of Terms Defined in the Indenture Clause in Contracts

Terms Defined in the Indenture. All capitalized terms used in this Supplement that are defined in the Indenture have the meanings assigned to them in the Indenture, except to the extent that such terms are otherwise defined in this Supplement. To the extent that a term is defined both in the Indenture and this Supplement, the definition appearing in this Supplement shall govern with respect to the 8% Notes.
