Common use of Terms of Authorization Clause in Contracts

Terms of Authorization. Authorization cards will be filed with the payroll department by the employee and will continue in effect until revoked by the employee on a form provided by the School District (payroll department). Application for PAC deduction will be accepted at any time with change in payment reflected as soon as is practicable, but within 45 days. Subd. 3. Schedule of Deductions: Deductions will be made in 15 equal installments beginning on October 20, and ending on May 20. Section 6. Probation and Regular Status: New employees will be considered probationary employees until June 30, provided they have worked 120 days from their hire date to June 30. If a school year ends prior to a probationary employee serving at least 120 workdays, such employee shall be on probation for the following school year, ending June 30. Workdays shall be defined as including days actually worked, personal leave, sick leave, and paid holidays. During this time, they will have no seniority privileges and may be transferred, discharged, reduced in hours of assignment, or terminated in the event of job elimination. Upon completion of the probationary period, the employee will establish regular status unless otherwise notified in writing by the employer prior to that date. Section 7.
