Terms Relating to Embedded Applications. Certain Embedded Applications included with the Licensed Product may be free software licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL). Licensee may obtain a complete machine-readable copy of the source code for such free software under the terms of the GPL, without charge except for the cost of media, shipping, and handling, upon written request to PowerSchool. The GPL software is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, including even the implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. A complete copy of the GPL is included within the Licensed Product.
