Common use of Territory Clause in Contracts

Territory. 43.1 This Agreement applies to the territory in which Verizon operates as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide Airespring with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring CSTC with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring New Horizons with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring Global Link with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring Talk America with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring KDL with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring Easton with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring Voxbeam with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring ENT with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring InterGlobe with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring Navtel with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring API with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide Airespring Prepaid with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Territory. 43.1 This Agreement applies to the territory in which Verizon operates as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide Airespring Cost Plus with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring EMW with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring MCIm with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide Airespring BCN with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring McGraw with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring CPV with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring Quality Tel with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring ECI with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring Wide Voice with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide Airespring Emergency with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide Airespring TWCIS with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide Airespring MLTC with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Territory. 43.1 This Agreement applies to the territory in which Verizon operates as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide Airespring CCA with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.
