Common use of Territory Clause in Contracts

Territory. 43.1 This Agreement applies to the territory in which Verizon operates as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier in the State of Massachusetts. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide GNAPS with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS CLEC Party with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide GNAPS NUI with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Windstream with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide GNAPS Teliax with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS MPCS with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Talk Unlimited with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS WiMacTel with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Talk America with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Shelcomm with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Prospeed with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS dishNet with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS MLTC with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Bandwidth with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Inc. with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Budget Phone with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS iNetworks with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS InteleTel with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Citrix with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Hello Depot with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Mosaic with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS Nettalk with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide GNAPS Emergency with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Territory. 43.1 This Agreement applies to the territory in which Verizon operates as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier in the State of MassachusettsNew Hampshire. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide GNAPS Neutral Tandem with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide GNAPS ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide GNAPS PacOptic with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.
