Common use of Test Date Clause in Contracts

Test Date. ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic and Carrier will arrange for joint testing of Service(s) for Carrier’s local exchange customer in the LATA(s) designated in Section 1.1. This Test Date will occur within ninety (90) days after Carrier has provided a complete and accurate Technical Questionnaire to ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
