Test Equipment and Instruments. The Contractor will have the responsibility for providing all test instrumentation and equipment, whether temporary or permanently installed. Instrumentation shall meet the requirements of the applicable ASME PTC Code, in order that the calculated pre test uncertainty does not exceed ASME Code requirements. Primary condensate flow instrumentation shall be supplied and calibrated in accordance with ASME PTC 6 β 2004, and shall remain the property of the Owner after the completion of Performance Testing.
