Test Fit Clause Samples

A Test Fit clause defines the process by which a proposed design or layout is evaluated to ensure it meets the specific requirements of a project or space. Typically, this involves the designer or architect preparing preliminary plans or drawings to demonstrate how the intended use, such as office layouts or equipment placement, will function within the available area. The clause ensures that both parties agree on the feasibility of the design before proceeding, thereby minimizing the risk of costly changes or misunderstandings later in the project.
