Common use of Test System Clause in Contracts

Test System. 1Philips will provide software versions for an off-line test system (“Test System”). The Test System software version will provide full functionality for up to each PIIC iX patient sector covered under this Agreement. The Test System is not to be used in a production environment or to provide patient care. No additional services will be provided hereunder for the Test System.
