Testing Methods Sample Clauses
The 'Testing Methods' clause defines the procedures and standards to be used when evaluating whether goods, services, or works meet specified requirements. It typically outlines the types of tests to be performed, the timing and location of testing, and the responsible parties for conducting or witnessing the tests. For example, it may require that products undergo quality assurance checks at the supplier’s facility before delivery. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for verifying compliance, thereby reducing disputes over quality and performance.
