Testing Requirements. The reliable performance and capacity of the Facility will be satisfactorily demonstrated during Commissioning by conducting performance tests in order to declare the capacity of the Facility in Commercial Operation. Certain performance tests listed in this Schedule 3 will be conducted prior to synchronization and the remainder will be conducted after synchronization with the Grid System.
