TESTS AND EXAMINATIONS. The Employer may, at its discretion, require employeesto submit to physical and medical tests and examinations by an Employer-appointed doctor/ physician when such tests and examinations are considered to be of value to the Employer in maintaining a capable workforce, employee health and safety, etc., provided, however, the Employer will pay the cost of such tests and examinations. In the event there is a disagreement between the employee’s physician and the Employer’s physician concerning the employee’s ability to do his job or return to his job, at the written request of the employee, the parties will appoint a specialist from ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Health System or the University of Michigan Medical Center whose decision on the employee’s fitness to return to work shall be final and binding on the parties. The cost of the specialist shall be paid by the Employer.
