Common use of Tests and inspections before delivery Clause in Contracts

Tests and inspections before delivery. Distribution boards, etc. shall be factory tested by the manufacture and be accompanied by the manufacture’s test and inspection certificate upon delivery to the Site. Concrete test cubes shall be provided by the Contractor during the concrete pouring activity on Site. The Contractor shall take these test cubes to the lab for testing. The lab testing results will be issued to the Employer by the Contractor. Slump test shall be performed on Site during the concrete pouring by the Contractor. Specific hold and witness points will be assigned by the Supervisor as part of its acceptance review of the manufacturing and testing quality control plans prior to start of any tests and inspections.
