TEXT BANKING SERVICE. Enrolling in Text Banking Service allows you to request certain information for your Online Banking accounts through text messaging. Save this number to your contacts 226563 (BANKME). Once you have registered a Device for Mobile Banking Service you may text “List” to 226563 for a list of commands. Balances provided may not include recent or pending transactions that have not yet been posted to your accounts. For help, text “HELP” to 226563. To opt out of the Text Banking Service, text “STOP” to 226563 at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
TEXT BANKING SERVICE. By subscribing, using an Electronic Signature, clicking “I Agree,” requesting access, providing Login Credentials, entering your mobile cell phone number and/or using the Apple Bank text banking service (“Text Banking Service”), you and anyone else you authorize (i.e., an Authorized Person) agree to be bound by this Addendum to the Agreement and the Bank’s Rules. Your acceptance of this Addendum constitutes your Enrollment and registration in the Text Banking Service and evidences affirmative consent under the E-Sign Act. Upon activation, Users may enable the text banking feature of mobile banking, by which certain basic account information (e.g., balances, etc.) can be quickly retrieved, even without the formal Login process, through your registered Mobile Device. You are and will remain subscribed to the Service until you send STOP to the Apple Bank Text Banking Service. There are no premium charges using Apple Bank for Savings’ Text Banking Service and/or Alerts. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out of Apple Bank Text Banking Alerts, reply STOP to 226563. Members will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message but will not receive any future messages there- after. The service can also be cancelled by logging into online banking, going to the Manage Money tab, and deactivating the service. Text messaging banking services offers RFCU members mobile access to their account information (e.g., for checking balances and recent transactions) over SMS, as well as the option to set up alerts for their accounts and other functional- ity. Enrollment requires identification of the member’s banking relationship as well as providing a mobile phone number. The mobile phone number’s verifica- tion is done by the member receiving a MT message with a verification code which they will have to enter on the website. Additionally, members may select the type of alerts and other preferences which will determine, together with their account data, the frequency of alerts delivered to the member. This program will be ongoing. Standard messaging charges may apply, if applicable. Members may opt out of this service at any time. If the member has deactivated his/her cellular service for the mobile phone number enrolled in text messaging banking service, the member is responsible for deactivating that phone number in the service. We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Agreements with Foreign Banking Institutions Each agreement with a foreign banking institution shall provide that: (a) the assets of each Portfolio will not be subject to any right, charge, security interest, lien or claim of any kind in favor of the foreign banking institution or its creditors or agent, except a claim of payment for their safe custody or administration; (b) beneficial ownership for the assets of each Portfolio will be freely transferable without the payment of money or value other than for custody or administration; (c) adequate records will be maintained identifying the assets as belonging to each applicable Portfolio; (d) officers of or auditors employed by, or other representatives of the Custodian, including to the extent permitted under applicable law the independent public accountants for the Fund, will be given access to the books and records of the foreign banking institution relating to its actions under its agreement with the Custodian; and (e) assets of the Portfolios held by the foreign sub-custodian will be subject only to the instructions of the Custodian or its agents.
