If the College purchases a cluster-approved Distance Learning course offering package in which the text is an integral part of the total program, the faculty member will be required to use the text provided. 2. If the College purchases a cluster-approved Distance Learning course in which a text is not an integral part, the faculty member shall have the right to choose the text used, to the extent consistent with Article 6.2(B). 3. If a faculty member creates the course, the faculty member shall have the right to choose the text used, to the extent consistent with Article 6.2(B).
