Common use of The Effective Date Clause in Contracts

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of FXFL and Bio-AMD, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “"Effective Date”") that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the "Articles of Merger") in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of FXFL the Parent and Bio-AMD, LFC that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of FXFL VNDI and Bio-AMDRackwise, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of FXFL RUHC and Bio-AMDAllied, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “"Effective Date”") that: (a) the Articles of Merger, in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board Boards of Directors of FXFL Black Ridge and Bio-AMDSow Good, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board Boards of Directors of FXFL OW Pharma and Bio-AMDOW Products, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of FXFL DSGS and Bio-AMDInVivo Sub, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.
