THE ENGINEER AGREES. To perform or be responsible for the performance, in accordance with STATE approved design standards and policies, of engineering services for the LA for the proposed improvement herein described. To attend any and all meetings and visit the site of the proposed improvement at any reasonable time when requested by representatives of the LA or STATE.
