THE FOLLOWING TASKS ARE TO BE PERFORMED ANNUALLY. 1. Strip and refinish the hard surface VCT or ceramic tile flooring if needed. 2. Machine scrub ceramic tile flooring in lavatories and refinish with low slip, high traffic sealer or other process/product as recommended by the flooring manufacturer and approved by Owner. Cleaning specifications may be varied to comply with manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations. The schedule of cleaning operations may be reviewed from time to time and adjusted as needed in response to changing needs of the building, its occupants, and seasonal needs so long as building standards are maintained.
