The Interconnection Customer is constructing. a 20MW solar powered electricity generation facility (the “Small Generating Facility”) in Greenwich, New York. The Small Generating Facility will consist of a collector system comprised of eight (8) SMA Sunny Central 2.75MVA solar inverters each coupled with a dedicated 600V/34.5kV 2.75MVA step-up transformer. The output of the eight step-up transformers are aggregated into two (2) parallel medium voltage collection circuits (“Collection Feeder Lines”). The Collection Feeder Lines run to the Interconnection Customer’s Collection Station (“NY 13 Solar Collector Substation”) where it is stepped up to 115kV via a 15/20/25MVA 34.5/115kV transformer. The Point of Interconnection (“POI”) for the Small Generating Facility is Connecting Transmission Owner’s 115kV Mohican-Schaghticoke Line 309 between existing structures 109 and 110. The POI will be approximately 11.6 miles from Connecting Transmission Owner’s Mohican Substation and approximately 17.1 miles from the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Schaghticoke Substation. The Small Generating Facility will interconnect to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s system via a tap. The Point of Change of Ownership (“PCO”) shall be at the line side connection of Interconnection Customer’s disconnect switch (30988) located on the Interconnection Customer’s termination structure inside the NY13 Solar Collector Substation. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall own the insulators, whips and hardware connections to the Interconnection Customer’s disconnect switch. The POI and the PCO are detailed on Figure 1 in Attachment 3.

The Interconnection Customer is constructing. a 20MW solar powered electricity generation facility located in Stillwater, New York (the “Small Generating Facility”) in Greenwich, New York). The Small Generating Facility will consist of five (5) SMA SC4600-UP 4.065MW/4.6MVA solar inverters, each connected to a collector system comprised of eight (8) SMA Sunny Central 2.75MVA solar inverters each coupled with a dedicated 600V/34.5kV 2.75MVA 4.6MVA 34.5kV/690V pad mount step-up transformertransformer with integral disconnect and fuses. The output of the eight five (5) step-up transformers are aggregated into two (2) parallel medium voltage collection circuits daisy chained together using 34.5kV direct buried solid dielectric cable (“Collection Feeder LinesLine”). The Collection Feeder Lines home run of the feeder ties to the Interconnection Customer’s Collection Station collector station (“NY 13 ELP Stillwater Solar Collector Substation”) where it is stepped up to 115kV via a 15/20/25MVA 25MVA 34.5/115kV transformer. The Point of Interconnection (“POI”) for the Small Generating Facility is Connecting Transmission Owner’s 115kV Mohican115 kV Schaghticoke-Schaghticoke Luther Forest Line 309 3 between existing structures 109 35 and 11036. The POI will be approximately 11.6 miles from Connecting Transmission Owner’s Mohican Substation and approximately 17.1 6.19 miles from the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Schaghticoke Substation. The Small Generating Facility will interconnect to the Station and 4.31 miles from Connecting Transmission Owner’s system via a tapLuther Forest Substation. The Point of Change of Ownership (“PCO”) shall will be at the line side connection of the Interconnection Customer’s disconnect switch (30988) located on the Interconnection Customer’s termination structure inside the NY13 ELP Stillwater Solar Collector Substation. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall will own the insulators, whips and hardware connections to the Interconnection Customer’s disconnect switch. The POI and the PCO are detailed on Figure 1 in Attachment 3.

The Interconnection Customer is constructing. a 20MW solar powered electricity generation facility located in Cobleskill, New York (the “Small Generating Facility”) in Greenwich, New York). The Small Generating Facility will consist of a collector system comprised of eight seven (8) SMA Sunny Central 2.75MVA 7) power electronics FS3350M solar inverters each coupled (nameplate rating of 3.465 MW/MVA) with a dedicated 600V/34.5kV 2.75MVA step-up an integrated transformer. The output inverters are tied together with a combination of the eight steploop-up transformers are aggregated feed and radial connections that combine into two (2) parallel medium voltage collection circuits a single 34.5 kV feeder (“Collection Feeder LinesLine”). The Collection Feeder Lines home run of the feeder ties to the Interconnection Customer’s Collection Station collector station (“NY 13 Rock District Solar Collector Substation”) where it is stepped up to 115kV 69kV via a 15/20/25MVA 34.5/115kV 25MVA 34.5/69kV transformer. The Point of Interconnection (“POI”) for the Small Generating Facility is Connecting Transmission Owner’s 115kV Mohican69kV Marshville-Schaghticoke Cobleskill Line 309 between existing structures 109 16/17 that is comprised of the Marshville-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Line 16 (“Line 16”) and 110the ▇▇▇▇▇▇-Cobleskill Line 17 (“Line 17”). The POI will be between Line 17 Structures 105 and 106 approximately 11.6 miles from Connecting Transmission Owner’s Mohican Substation and approximately 17.1 12.1 miles from the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Schaghticoke Substation. The Small Generating Facility will interconnect to the Marshville Substation and 3.84 miles from Connecting Transmission Owner’s system via a tapCobleskill Substation. The Point of Change of Ownership (“PCO”) shall will be at the line side connection of the Interconnection Customer’s disconnect switch (30988) located on the Interconnection Customer’s termination structure inside the NY13 Rock District Solar Collector Substation. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall will own the insulators, whips and hardware connections to the Interconnection Customer’s disconnect switch.
