Common use of The Network Clause in Contracts

The Network. The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1, include in its Consumer Contracts an acknowledgement by the Consumer that: (a) the Network, including any part of the Network situated on Consumer’s Premises, is and will remain the sole property of the Distributor; and (b) no provision of the Consumer Contract nor the provision of any services by the Distributor in relation to the Network will confer on the Consumer or any other person any right of property or other interest in or to any part of the Network or any Distributor’s Equipment that is used to provide any such services.

The Network. The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.129.1, include in its Consumer Contracts an acknowledgement by the Consumer that: (a) the Network, including any part of the Network situated on Consumer’s Premises, is and will remain the sole property of the Distributor; and (b) no provision of the Consumer Contract nor the provision of any services by the Distributor in relation to the Network will confer on the Consumer or any other person any right of property or other interest in or to any part of the Network or any Distributor’s Equipment that is used to provide any such services.

The Network. The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1, include procure in its Consumer Contracts agreements with Consumers an acknowledgement by the Consumer that: (a) the Network, including any part of the Network situated on a Consumer’s Premises, is and will remain the sole property of the Distributor; and (b) no provision of the Consumer Contract Consumer’s agreement with the Retailer nor the provision of any services by the Distributor in relation to the Network will confer on the Consumer or any other person any right of property or other interest in or to any part of the Network or any Distributor’s Equipment that is Fittings owned or controlled by the Distributor which are used to provide any such services.

The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1Clause 28.1, include in its Consumer Contracts an acknowledgement by the Consumer that: (a) the Network, including any part of the Network situated on the Consumer’s Premises, is and will remain the sole property of the Distributor; and (b) no provision of in the Consumer Contract nor the provision of any services by the Distributor in relation to the Network Network, will confer on the Consumer or any other person any right of property or other interest in or to any part of the Network or any Distributor’s Equipment that is used to provide any such services.
