The Project Defined Clause Samples

The "Project Defined" clause serves to clearly outline the scope, objectives, and key deliverables of the project covered by the agreement. It typically specifies what work will be performed, the expected outcomes, and any relevant timelines or milestones, ensuring all parties have a shared understanding of what is included. By precisely defining the project, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, scope creep, and disputes over responsibilities, thereby ensuring clarity and alignment from the outset.
