Common use of The Receiving Party Clause in Contracts

The Receiving Party. (i) may not use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than in accordance with, and in the performance of, its obligations under this Contract; (ii) may not disclose any Confidential Information to any person except with the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party or in accordance with this section ; and (iii) shall make every reasonable effort to prevent the use or disclosure, other than as expressly permitted herein, of Confidential Information.
